At NUMY, we understand that you may change your mind.

Want to cancel your order or change your delivery address? You can do this yourself through your order portal within 30 minutes of placing your order. You can also access your order through the confirmation email by clicking ‘View Your Order’.

Unfortunately, after these 30 minutes, we can no longer make any address changes or cancellations. In that case, please wait until your order arrives and then follow our returns procedure.

But don’t worry. Once your order has been delivered, you’re still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Not completely satisfied? You can request a return within 30 days in accordance with our returns policy. For opened products, our guarantee applies to one product per order, while unopened products may be returned within 30 days under our standard return terms.
