Return Policy
At NUMY, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your product. You have 14 days to submit a return request.
Return Conditions:

Unopened products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. This applies to all products, including supplements. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken.

Receipt or proof of purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to submit your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the necessary instructions and return address.

Note: Returns sent back to us without prior approval unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is not functioning properly or arrived damaged, email us at info@mynumy.com with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
Note: Replacements or store credit can only be issued to the original purchaser. If you received the product as a gift, please ask the original buyer to contact us for assistance.
