2. How do I place an order? To place an order, browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods such as iDeal, credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

4. How does shipping work? We offer fast shipping on all orders and ensure discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy.

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check your shipment status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

5. What is your return policy? Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the seal has not been broken. Our return policy gives you 14 days to return your item. To request a return, email info@mynumy.com to receive return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The return shipping fee of €4.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund. Please note, items that are not registered for return in advance will not be processed.

6. What if my item is defective or damaged? Did your item arrive defective or damaged? Send us an email at info@mynumy.com with a photo or video of the issue. Of course, we'll immediately look for a suitable solution! Motorized products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

7. How sustainable are NUMY's products and practices? We aim to make our products and processes as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, but we know there's still a long way to go. For example, our outer shipping boxes are made from recycled materials, and we've significantly reduced the amount of plastic in our packaging while making sure items stay safe and hygienic. We've also removed small storage bags from some of our packaging to improve sustainability. And to minimize waste, we don't split shipments unless our customers specifically request it.

8. What does NUMY do to ensure ethical production? At NUMY, we prioritize ethical production to make sure our products are made in clean and safe environments. We visit factories to carry out inspections and believe in building real relationships with the people who make our products. We also have regular video check-ins with our manufacturers to maintain our standards.

Affordability is a core value at NUMY, and we aim to keep our prices fair without compromising on the quality of our products or the fair compensation of our manufacturers, employees, and the talented creatives we work with. If you notice a price change, it's likely due to shifts in the costs of materials, shipping, or storage. These adjustments help us keep our small business running while staying committed to ethical practices and high-quality products.
