Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly. For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. NUMY is not responsible for these costs and cannot control customs procedures in each country. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. If a package is refused by the customer or gets stuck at customs, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.

Order status
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days after getting your shipping confirmation, please contact us via info@mynumy.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
