Order status
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us via info@mynumy.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
