At NUMY, we offer discreet shipping for all our orders, so you can receive your package in total privacy. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but please note delivery times vary depending on the product and your location.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly. For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. NUMY is not responsible for these charges and cannot control each country’s customs procedures. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. If a package is refused by the customer or gets stuck at customs, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds.

Order status
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@mynumy.com with your name and order number, and we’ll sort it out for you.
