NUMY is not responsible for these charges and cannot influence each country’s customs process. Customers are responsible for paying any such fees. If a package is refused or held at customs, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.

Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to become available.
