Subscription Management

With NUMY, you can easily manage your supplement subscription yourself.
We think it's important that you always have control over your order — whether you want to pause, change, or cancel it.

Here's how to manage your subscription:

1. Go to the menu at the top of our website and click on “Subscriptions”.
2. Log in with the email address you used to place your order.
3. Next, click on “Subscription Management”.
4. Here you can easily change or cancel your subscription yourself.

🕒 Notice period

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Please note: if you do this less than 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment, your order may already be processed.
