Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to track your order’s status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

  1. What is your return policy?
    Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the seal hasn’t been broken. You have 14 days to return your item. To request a return, email us at info@mynumy.com for instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A return fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please note: returns that haven’t been registered in advance will not be processed.

  2. What if my item is defective or damaged?
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@mynumy.com with a photo or video of the issue. Of course, we’ll look into a solution right away! Motorized products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  3. How sustainable are NUMY’s products and practices?
    We aim to make our products and processes as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible—though we know we still have a long way to go. Our outer shipping boxes are made from recycled materials, and we’ve significantly reduced plastic in our packaging while keeping products safe and hygienic. We’ve also removed small storage pouches from some packaging to enhance sustainability. To minimize waste, we don’t split shipments unless requested.
