At NUMY, we understand that you may change your mind.

Would you like to cancel your order or change your delivery address? You can do this yourself within 30 minutes of placing your order via your order portal. You can also access your order through the confirmation email by clicking ‘View your order’.

After these 30 minutes, unfortunately, address changes or cancellations can no longer be made. In that case, please wait until your order has arrived and then follow our return procedure.

But don't worry. Once your order has been delivered, you are still protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days in accordance with our return policy. For opened products, our guarantee applies to one product per order, while unopened products can be returned within 30 days under our standard return conditions.
