4. How does shipping work? We offer fast shipping on all orders and provide discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. What is your return policy? Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted when the seal has not been broken. Our return policy gives you 14 days to return your item. To register a return, please send an email to [email protected] to receive return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The return fee of €4,95 EUR will be deducted from your refund. Please note, items that are not first notified for a return will not be processed.
6. What if my item is defective or damaged? Did your item arrive defective or damaged? Send us an email at [email protected] with a photo or video of the problem. Of course, we will immediately look for an appropriate solution! Motorized products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
7. How sustainable are NUMY's products and practices? We strive to make our products and processes as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, but we know we still have a long way to go. For example, our outer shipping boxes are made from recycled materials and we have significantly reduced the amount of plastic in our packaging, while ensuring items remain safe and hygienic. We have also removed small storage bags from some of our packaging to improve sustainability. And to minimize waste, we do not split shipments unless specifically requested by our customers.

We make factory visits to conduct inspections, and we believe it is important to build genuine relationships with the people who manufacture our products. We also hold regular video check-in meetings with our manufacturers to maintain our standards.
