Cancellation Policy 

At NUMY, we get that you might change your mind.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been shipped yet.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@mynumy.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll cancel it for free and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that we typically dispatch orders within 24 hours.

But don't worry. Once your order has been delivered, you're still protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy. For opened products, our guarantee covers one product per order, while unopened products can be returned within 30 days under our standard return policy.
